Love Caley Alyssa's yoga nidras! So great that they are now on an app. The user interface is awesome and it's much easier to have them all in one place. There is also a wide variety of classes - can't wait to try her new workouts and yoga on the app! Highly recommend.

I have been practicing yoga for a decade, and CA is by far one of the best virtual instructors I have found. Her voice is soothing. Her flows are challenging and her ques are clear and unique. I highly recommend downloading the Caley Alyssa app.

I enjoy weight training, HIIT, and yoga, but Caley's yoga program is the only one I have found that is challenging no matter what level you are. I like the workout and flexibility I get from her classes. I deleted the other yoga app after a week and finally found this. I saw her first on Beach Body and haven't found better.
